Organic Carrot Bread
     

Ingredients A:

   
 

4 oz carrots

grate

 

2 oz walnuts

chopped

 

4 oz or 1/2 cup oil

 

Ingredients B:

   
 

6 oz

organic plain flour

 

1 tsp

baking soda

 

1 tsp

double baking powder

 

1/2 tsp

salt

 

1 tsp

grounded cinnamon

     

Method

   
 

1.     Lined loaf tin with aluminium foils or grease paper.

2.     Put 4 oz castor sugar into mixing bowl. Sieve B and sprinkle over sugar.

3.     Pour A into mixing bowl and switch on machine at speed 1 for half a minute.

4.     Scrap off the dry flour sticking to sides.

5.     Switch on machine and beat for 1 minute. If batter is too dry add milk by the tablespoon.

6.     Pour batter into prepared tin and bake for 45 ĻC 60 minutes.
