During April 13th and April 14th, Than Hsiang temple canteen team manager Brother Qi Shan led volunteers in the early preparations for the 40th anniversary.

Meanwhile, Brother Zhao Kun also led everyone to prepare 3 dishes such as: Black Jade with Broccoli(西兰花扣三宝), Dragon Roll (古法三鲜竹香卷), and Fragrance Yam Rice(滋味芋香饭). Besides Than Hsiang Canteen volunteers who assisted in the preparations, Brother Zhao Kun also brought his own volunteers to support the early preparations.

For this upcoming event, there will be eight delicious dishes. Brother Liao will lead everyone in preparing five of these dishes. In addition, the canteen team has started to prepare utensils, implements and tableware for the Gratitude Night.

Although these two days were very busy, everyone was very happy! Let us all look forward to the arrival of the 40th anniversary, and the delicious dishes for the coming event.
