ThanHsiang Temple’s TaijiQuan class welcomed a strong response for its new intake, Batch #10, which officially began on 27 July 2025. A total of 69 individuals registered on the first day, with several more expected to join in the coming week, as they were unable to attend the initial session.

Notably, over 95% of the new participants are aged 50 and above, and all are new to TaijiQuan—except for one experienced practitioner with over 20 years of TaijiQuan training.

The registration was held at Da Bei Dian, followed by a bilingual orientation. Brother Neoh Cho Loa conducted the briefing in Mandarin, while Sister Lee Lyn Foong presented in English. The session included an introduction to the history and philosophy of TaijiQuan, along with an explanation of Master Tang’s lineage in the Yang Style TaijiQuan tradition.

In addition to Brother Neoh and Sister Lyn Foong, four more instructors were introduced to the new batch:
• Lok Seng Keat (骆星吉)
• Kan Chau Fong (简秋芳)
• Chin Cheng Kam (秦请湛)
• Su Tai Leng (苏黛玲)
• Chew Yee Soon (周于舜) Absent

After the briefing, all new members proceeded to futsal court for the first TaijiQuan lesson.
