Than Hsiang TaijiQuan Group proudly continued its legacy by supporting the 2025 Than Hsiang Mitra Welfare Centre Donation Drive, extending care and assistance to those in need.

On 21 December 2025 8.30am, a donation handover ceremony was held at the 5th Floor of Than Hsiang Temple, following our weekly TaijiQuan practice.

As many new members have joined our community, Ms Tay, representing the Mitra Welfare Centre, presented an introductory video highlighting the Centre’s history, mission, and the various welfare activities it carries out.

The highlight of the ceremony was a Dharma Talk by Venerable Zhen Sheng. We were deeply honoured and grateful that Venerable Zhen Sheng travelled all the way from Jawi to be with us. His sharing was engaging, lively, and down-to-earth, fostering an active and meaningful Q&A session with TaijiQuan members.

During the ceremony, Sister Lyn Foong and Sister Kean Peng presented a mock cheque of RM21,700.00 to Ms Tay, witnessed by Venerable Zhen Sheng. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all members for their generosity and compassionate support.

As a token of appreciation, Brother Neoh Choo Loa presented a hamper dana to Venerable Zhen Sheng in gratitude for his exceptional Dharma Talk.

The ceremony concluded with a group photo session with Venerable Zhen Sheng and TaijiQuan members, commemorating this meaningful and joyful occasion.

We remain committed to supporting the annual donation drive and look forward to continuing this compassionate practice for many years to come.
