Mitra Welfare Centre (KL) recently organised a Pre-Marital Workshop on the 11 th and 12 th September respectively. This is the first ever workshop organized by the Than Hsiang Fund KL Branch to guide and prepare couples who intend to tie the knot.

During the workshop, discussions, sharing and group activities were carried out. Couples were engaged to discuss topics ranging from marriage preparation, financial management, family importance to communications improvement, etc.

The workshop was held in the hall, which was appropriately decorated in a cozy and romantic environment, much to the couples' delight. There were 8 couples in total who took part in this workshop with the assistance and guidance of the facilitators. Volunteers from Penang were also there to lend their help and support.

The couples who partook in the workshops felt that they had gain much experience and understanding to the true meaning of marriage. In future, Than Hsiang Fund KL Branch plan to promote this activity to help improve couples' relationships.
